All emails going to Junk Folder

Microsoft has resolved the issue.
There is a known issue with Microsoft where all emails are arriving in your Junk Folder.
Microsoft are looking at the issue as it is affecting all Microsoft 365 hosted users.
We suggest checking your Junk Email folder periodically until this is resolved.
Microsoft Outlook – client not showing email body
Update – Thurs 13th May 2021 – 931am – Microsoft has resolved this issue. Rebooting your computer and letting Outlook update itself should fix any problems.

There is a world wide issue with Outlook not showing the email body text.
Until Microsoft roll out a fix, please use Outlook Web Access (OWA). You can find that in your Outlook by going in to the File > Info menu and clicking the URL ‘Access this account on the web’. Example below:
